Guests are welcome to visit our meetings which are normally held on the 4th Thursday of every month, except during public holidays. We meet in the Hilton Mainz City, Münsterstraße 11. We occasionally meet more often. Please check the calendar on this page, or our Facebook page, to see the upcoming dates.
We normally meet in the boardroom on the ground floor of the main hotel building.
From the lobby entrance, move though the lobby restaurant and the boardroom entrance is in the far-right corner of the dining area.
Depending on the hotels meeting room schedule, we may occasionally meet in a different meeting room. We recommend letting us know in advance if you're attending, so we can confirm if we'll have our normal room or a different one.
